This newly renovated, furnished studio apartment is attached to a short-term rental home with its own entrance and separate large fenced in back yard, queen bed, kitchenette with fridge and stove, in-unit washer/dryer and seating area. Leasing Terms + Charges: 680 minimum credit score. $50 application fee. 12 month leases unless otherwise noted. Short-term lease (3-11 months) are available for an additional $100 per month. Water and sewer is $35/month, tenants are responsible for electricity. $50/month for additional occupant or parking space. Pets are not universally allowed, however with the landlord’s approval before signing the lease, pet rent is $50 per pet, per month. Security deposit is same as rent and due at signing.
