The master bedroom features a queen bed and a single bed for kids, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. Linens, towels, and beach supplies are provided at check-in. Free parking is available for one car, with additional parking options nearby. The apartment is pet-friendly, allowing one pet per reservation with a fee of $175 for stays up to seven days and $250 for longer stays. Service dogs are free, but ESA charges apply. Guests can use the propane grill during their stay, with a $35 cleaning fee if not cleaned after use. Check-in is at 4 PM EST with a door code provided, and check-out is at 11 AM with a late checkout penalty of $35 for every 30 minutes past the time. Smoking is prohibited inside the units or on the premises, with a $400 penalty for violations. Parties are not allowed, and violations will result in immediate removal and a $400 penalty. The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and present at check-in. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and refunds are not issued for such disturbances. Guests must log in and out of their own accounts for streaming services, with unauthorized charges billed back to the guest plus a $25 service fee.
