This family-friendly and spacious apartment features an open kitchen and a large living area with comfy couches and a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with white cabinets, a double-door fridge, an oven, a stovetop, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar with seating for 2, a coffee maker, utensils, plates, glasses, and cabinet lighting. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Beach supplies, including chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a picnic basket, are provided. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. An air mattress can be provided upon request to accommodate up to 7 guests for an extra fee. Free parking for one car is included, and additional parking suggestions are provided. Local dining and fishing spots are just a short walk away. Enjoy direct beach access from the large patio with ocean views, which includes sofas, picnic tables, and a hose for rinsing sand. A shared BBQ and picnic area is available. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification photo must be provided as well. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. One pet per reservation is allowed, and there is a pet fee of $175 for stays of up to 7 days, or $250 for longer stays. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed when outside. A violation of either rule can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the premises, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. Guests need to rinse off their feet when returning from the beach. City regulations prohibit fires on the beach, and guests are required to stay on marked paths within the Beach Nourishment area. Pinellas County is undertaking a 2025 beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Indian Rocks Beach from November to early December 2025.
