This bungalow is fully equipped and includes a full kitchen with an oven, stovetop, microwave, and black fridge, perfect for light meals, snacks, or coffee breaks. A coffee maker and basic cookware are included. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. Relax in the living area with a comfy futon and smart TV, or retreat to the bedroom with a queen bed and smart TV. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with glass doors and a dark wood vanity with medicine cabinet. Free parking is available for 1 vehicle in a designated space. The detached laundry area is shared with another unit. The ability to book all 4 units for larger groups is available. Enjoy direct access to the beach, just a short walk away. The intracoastal is directly across the road for fishing enthusiasts. Walk just 2 minutes to find Italian, seafood, Mexican, and other dining options. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. One pet per reservation is allowed, and there is a pet fee of $125 for stays of up to 7 days or $250 for stays longer than 7 days. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed at all times when outside the unit. A violation of either rule can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400.
