A coffee maker and basic cookware are included. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. The living area features a comfy futon and a smart TV. The bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, bedside tables, and lamps. There is also a storage closet in both the living area and the bedroom. This apartment is pet friendly with a fee of $125 for stays of up to 7 days and $250 for stays longer than 7 days. Free parking for 1 vehicle is available in a designated space. Shared on-site laundry is available with a code. Guests are welcome to use the shared ground-floor patio with picnic tables and BBQ grills. Located right on Indian Rocks Beach, this is a prime travel destination. The intracoastal is directly across the road for fishing, and you can walk 2 minutes to Italian, seafood, Mexican, and other dining options. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside the unit, and owners are required to pick up after their pets; a violation of either rule can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400.
