This bungalow is fully equipped and includes a full kitchen with an oven, stove top, microwave, and black fridge. A coffee maker and basic cookware are included. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. The living area features a comfy futon and a smart TV. The bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, bedside tables, and lamps. There is also a storage closet. Free access to a detached, shared laundry area is available. This apartment is pet friendly with a fee of $125 for stays of up to 7 days, and $250 for stays longer than 7 days. Your reservation comes with one free designated parking spot. Additional parking is available conditionally and not guaranteed; paid lots are nearby if you need more spots. Located right on Indian Rocks Beach, this apartment is a travel destination! You can walk 2 minutes to Italian, seafood, Mexican, and other dining options. The intracoastal is directly across the road for fishing. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is an active construction site on the building next to the property with works that may occur during weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. We allow one pet per reservation, but pets more than 60lbs are not allowed without prior permission. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed when outside. A violation of either rule can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without a refund and a penalty of $400. Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the premises, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty and immediate removal without a refund.
