The kitchen features an oven, stove top, microwave, and fridge, along with a high-top dining table for two. Relax in the living area with a comfy futon, smart TV, and ceiling fan. This pet-friendly property allows one pet per reservation, with a fee of $125 for stays up to 7 days and $250 for longer stays. Service dogs are free, but there is a charge for ESA. Additional parking is available conditionally, and paid lots are nearby if needed. Guests are welcome to use the grill during their stay, with a $35 cleaning fee if not cleaned after use. Enjoy direct access to the beach, just a 30–40 second walk away. Free parking for one vehicle is available, and the property is close to the intracoastal for fishing. Early check-ins may incur a fee, and late checkouts will be penalized. There is an active construction site next door, with potential noise during weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts for streaming services on the smart TV. Unauthorized subscriptions will incur a fee. The air conditioning should be left on "AUTO" and not set below 71 degrees. Wi-Fi is available throughout the bungalow, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.
