It also includes a breakfast bar with 3 seats, a coffee maker with complimentary coffee, glasses, plates, silverware, and a high-top dining table with ocean views. The living area offers a spacious L-shaped couch, ottoman, love sofa, a large Smart TV with a built-in entertainment center, a non-functional fireplace, a built-in bar with a wine rack and additional sink, and direct balcony access. Beach supplies, including chairs and an umbrella, and a complimentary washer and dryer are available for your convenience. An air mattress can be provided upon request for an extra fee. Additional parking is available conditionally and not guaranteed; paid lots are located nearby if needed. Dining and fishing are just steps away from this beachfront suite. This suite is not pet-friendly. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit or on the premises will result in a $400 penalty, and evidence during your stay will also result in immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances; in the event of a party, the police will be contacted, you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. The guest making the reservation must be the same guest checking in and must be at least 18 years of age by the time of check-in; you will be required to attach your ID to the rental agreement.
