The living area includes a spacious L-shaped couch, a large Smart TV, and direct balcony access. Beach supplies, a washer and dryer, and extra storage space are available for your convenience. An air mattress is available upon request for an extra fee. Additional parking is available conditionally and not guaranteed; paid lots are located nearby. Dining and fishing are just steps away from this centrally located suite. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Pets are not allowed in this unit, and a violation can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the premises, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty and possible immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and in the event of a party, the police will be contacted and you will be removed immediately without a refund and charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. The guest making the reservation must be the same guest checking in and must be at least 18 years of age. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well.
