Located just two blocks from the beach and within walking distance of top-rated restaurants and shops, this bungalow offers direct access to the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway for fishing. Nearby restaurants include Kooky Coconut, Oma's Pantry, and Jake's Coastal Cantina. Guests must sign and complete a digital rental agreement prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Guests can bring up to 2 pets for a fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Pets must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their pets, or incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the property, and a $250 penalty will be charged if cleaners determine smoking has taken place.
