A convenient common laundry area is available for your use. This apartment is pet-friendly and offers free parking for 1 vehicle in a designated space. A private boat dock is available for boating or fishing. Located just 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance to top-rated restaurants and shops, this apartment offers direct access to the beach. Nearby restaurants include Kooky Coconut, Oma's Pantry, and Jake's Coastal Cantina. Guests can bring up to 2 pets for a fee of $125 per pet per stay. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, and guests must pick up after their pet, or incur a penalty of $75 per incident. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside the apartment, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry.
