Pets are allowed with a fee of $125 per pet per stay, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Pets must be reported in advance and in writing to the Manager. No cats are allowed. Dogs are allowed with an additional pet fee. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, especially when the property is shared with other guests. One pet per reservation. Weight limit: Pets must not exceed 50 lbs. Only a 5-minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the art center, this apartment is also a 4 to 6-minute walk to a dozen different bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with many places within walking distance. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. If pet waste is left on the property, a $50 penalty applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. The apartment is treated regularly, and while refunds are not issued for pests, assistance is always available if needed. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry.
