Enjoy the private balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. A drip coffee maker and Keurig are available, and coffee is provided. All guests have 1 reserved parking spot free and share the BBQ grill out front. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood mostly made up of single-family apartments. Almost everyone is here for the beach! You can walk to everything, including John's Pass and Indian Rocks Beach. Plenty of coffee shops, stores, and restaurants are all within a short walk, including John's Passe. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am daily. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Pets must be reported in advance and in writing. No cats are allowed, but dogs are allowed with an additional pet fee. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, especially when the property is shared with other guests.
