The check-in and check-out processes are fully remote, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required, or you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $50 to $80 USD. Early check-in and late check-out are available at an extra cost. Programmed fumigation occurs between the 20th and 30th of each month to ensure pest control. Guests are required to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, including providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. A rental usage agreement must be signed, and a background check may be required as per the rental agreement.
