Your daily resort fee includes two beach chairs and an umbrella for the perfect beach day. Onsite valet parking is available for a daily or monthly fee. The building offers a package reception service with a cost per package during regular hours and after hours. Unfortunately, washcloths are not provided. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. The building's Wi-Fi is a shared service, and speed may vary. We provide a starter kit of supplies for your first day. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice, as this will generate an additional cost.
