Welcome to our beachfront apartment located in Hollywood, formerly known as Lyfe Resort and Residences. Just a few minutes' drive from the Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops, this apartment offers gorgeous views of the ocean. Amenities include restaurants, two infinity-edge ocean-view pools, a sundeck, private cabanas, and a fitness center overlooking the ocean, along with a full-service spa. Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment has it all: a fully equipped kitchen, a king-size bed and TV in the first bedroom, a queen bed and TV in the second bedroom, two double beds and TV in the third bedroom, a couch and TV in the living room, a balcony with a breathtaking view, three bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Resort fee is $40 per day plus tax and valet parking is $38.38, credit card only. Enhance your beach experience with two lounge chairs and umbrellas available for just $40 per night plus tax. Valet parking is optional with rates of $35 per day for 1–7 days, $30 per day for 8+ days, $650 monthly, and $480 per month for stays of 6 months or more, applicable taxes not included. Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, this apartment offers a wealth of activities in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer. Aventura Mall is about a 20-minute drive, and the beach is just steps away. Guests can also quickly get to Gulfstream Park, the Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest including restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars, and clubs. Smoking is not allowed indoors as it may result in a fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; note that this will generate an additional cost. A package reception service is available with a cost per package of $5.50 during regular hours and $27.50 after hours. Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your package. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Don't forget to turn off the air conditioning when leaving; your cooperation is essential to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
