The well-appointed three-bedroom apartment combines natural wood and stone with organic textures and state-of-the-art technology. Highlights include a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a large corner balcony to enjoy panoramic views of the bay and ocean. The kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, stove, dishes, coffee maker, hairdryer, electronic safe, iron/ironing board, in-suite washer/dryer, and TVs in each room. A resort fee will be charged at check-in and is not included. The fee covers pool and beach access, with rates of $35 per day for stays of 1-6 days, $22.5 per day for stays of 7-29 days, and $15 per day for stays of 30+ days. Valet parking is available at $40 per day for 1-6 days or $15 per day/$105 weekly for 7-29 days. A Pack’n Play crib is available for free upon request. Just beyond the resort, you'll find the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches. The area is surrounded by numerous restaurants and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can dine, enjoy horse races, or try your luck at the casino just five minutes away. To the west, visit the famous Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino, perfect for beachgoers attending events at Hard Rock Stadium. Guests will be provided with a wristband to access the pool and beach. The pool attendants will provide guests with towels. The resort fee covers both beach and pool access. A laptop computer is not included.
