Parking fees are $100 for 1 week, $125 for 2 weeks, $150 for 3 weeks, and $175 for 4 weeks. Temporary passes are $20 for a few hours and $40 for overnight. Packages can be delivered to the building for a cost of $7.00 per package. There is one laundry room per floor; it is not located inside the apartment. A noise alert monitoring system may be included to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is unlawful within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance. The apartment is not suitable for pets, smoking, or parties. All guests need to sign the vacation rental agreement.
