Renting a 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom small apartment for 1 to 2 people ONLY. The electricity and water are included; we also include cable TV, and internet. It has tile throughout the apartment, and a walking closet. You can park 2 cars inside the property. No pets allowed and the yard is not included in the rental. Rent is $1,500 per month. To rent you must pay first and last months rent, a $500 deposit (refunded when you vacate the property and leave everything in good order), and a $100 nonrefundable cleaning fee.
