A resort fee will be charged at check-in and is not included in the nightly rate. The resort fee is $30 per day plus taxes for stays of 1 to 7 nights, $25 per day plus taxes for stays of 8 to 14 nights, $20 per day plus taxes for stays of 15 to 29 nights, and $300 per month plus $10 for each additional day plus taxes for stays of 30 nights or more. Valet parking is optional and costs $28 per day per vehicle plus taxes for 1 to 7 days, $25 per day per vehicle plus taxes for 8 to 10 days, $250 per stay per vehicle plus taxes for 11 to 19 days, and $295 per stay per vehicle plus taxes for 20 to 30 days. Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate and are collected separately at check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay.
