As Vice President, she worked with developers and builders on commercial and residential projects. Kathleen enjoys community involvement which has included Main Street USA (revitalizing downtown areas) and affordable housing initiatives. When the economic recession hit in the late 80s, Kathleen became the real estate expert in the management, sale, and disposition of a nearly 30 million dollar loan portfolio for a local Commercial Bank. By the time she departed her Commercial Banking career, her bank was ranked in the top three for loan quality, up from the 3rd worst bank, in the statewide organization. Kathleen knows Gainesville, Florida! Her breadth of experience, perseverance, and tenacity result in a smooth, successful home selling or buying experience. She witnessed and participated in the growth of this area. She raised her family here.
