This 775 square foot home is the perfect place for visiting Gainesville for UF sports, graduation, Shands, or sightseeing. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and there is also a queen air mattress available to sleep a total of 4 guests. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need the air mattress. Guests have access to the whole house and also the shared, beautiful backyard (shared with the owners and 1 other rental house). A pack-n-play can fit in the bedroom. Walk to downtown bars and restaurants. It's a 10-minute drive from La Chua Trail (a Florida State Park) where you are guaranteed to see 1 to 100 alligators. No smoking is allowed inside the home, and a $250 fee will be charged for smoking inside. Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 8 am, and you may be asked to leave without a refund for violating this rule. No pets are allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if a pet is found on the property. [SI]
