Each bedroom is furnished with a full size bed and desk with chair. The living room and dining room combination are furnished and have hardwood floors. A dining and serving bar over look the living room and the washer/dryer are located in the laundry closet adjacent to the kitchen. The community offers a pool, gym, open parking, bike racks and has covered bus stops just outside with routes to UF, Santa Fe, Shands and more. The rental fee includes a $50 allowance towards monthly electric and water utilities. Any utility overages are billed evenly among all tenants.
