Everything Gainesville has to offer is just a short drive away. The insurance covers both hurricanes in Florida and COVID. It is recommended that you purchase cancellation insurance in order to cover any unforeseen changes that would cause a cancellation or early departure that is outside of the cancellation window (i.e. weather related, health related, flight issues, etc...). If no insurance policy is purchased, we are happy to open up the dates on the calendar and try to re-rent. If we can re-rent, then we can refund the amount recuperated, but we cannot issue a full refund unless we can re-rent from an early departure or cancellation. [SI]
