About the townhouse: The total size of the two-story townhouse is ~1,400 square feet, features vaulted ceilings with crown molding throughout, and was built in 2006. The bottom floor is all ceramic tile and the top floor is carpeted (both bathrooms are also tile). The townhouse is located on the corner of Williston and 16th Ave SE. Very convenient and close to Main Street, Downtown, Depot Park, and Sweetwater Wetlands Park is right across the street and has an awesome bike trail that connects to other trails as well. Downstairs: The living room is extremely spacious with enough room for a sectional couch and entertainment center. The kitchen is also a decent size with plenty of counter space, a glasstop stove, and tons of cabinets and drawers. There is a screened-in patio as well as a laundry room which comes equipped with a brand new Samsung front-loading washer and dryer set. Master Bedroom: Upstairs is where the master bedroom and guest bedrooms are located (across from each other). The master bedroom is also quite large with enough space to fit a King size bed, a computer desk, entertainment center and dresser. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is also impressive, with enough space and shelving for two people's wardrobes. The master bathroom features a roman style bathtub equipped with jets, and vanity countertop with 2 sinks. Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom is large enough to fit a Queen size bed, computer desk, and dresser. The guest bedroom features a private bathroom, as well as a private balcony for relaxing outside. There is also a walk-in closet for the guest bedroom as well, with a door that leads to the HVAC unit. Both bedrooms have their own locks on them for added privacy. Fees & Rent: $40.00 for non-refundable background check. No smoking, no drugs, no criminal backgrounds. $1,200 per month 1-month security deposit due at move in which is refundable at the end of the lease as long as there are no damages.
