Born and raised in Perry, Florida, Ben Phillips has proudly called Gainesville home since 2006. His journey began with six years of distinguished service in the United States Air Force, earning two Air Force Commendation Medals and completing tours in Europe and at the U.S. Air Force Academy. After his service, Ben earned a bachelor’s degree in criminology from Florida State University, where he also played football under legendary Coach Bobby Bowden alongside All-Americans and future NFL Hall of Famers. Ben discovered his calling in real estate in 2002 and has since built a career defined by consistency, integrity, and results. With 24+ years of experience and over 600 closed transactions, he brings unmatched expertise to buyers and sellers across North Central Florida. Known for clear communication and steady guidance, Ben also enjoys mentoring fellow professionals and sharing the knowledge he’s gained over two decades in the industry. Deeply committed to community service, Ben has served on the Palm Beach Board of Realtors and dedicated countless hours to Habitat for Humanity and local student recognition programs. He is currently serving his third term on the Board of Directors for Alachua Habitat for Humanity. At home, Ben enjoys life with his wife, Kimberly, and their four adult children—Zack, Brandon, Lauren, and Kiersten. Outside of real estate, he stays active through weightlifting and loves traveling, movies, and concerts with Kimberly.
