Access to a community washer and dryer is included. Nestled in the heart of Okaloosa Island, this enclave is surrounded by an array of eateries. A short stroll leads you to Buchetti’s Poolside Pizzeria. Okaloosa Island offers a tranquil atmosphere, less crowded than nearby areas, with public beach access just steps away at Okaloosa Island Beach Access Two - Emerald View Beachwalk. Destin is a short drive away. The island is a paradise for seafood lovers and offers attractions for all ages, including mini-golf and arcades, as well as diverse dining options. This is a non-smoking property, and guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed, and guests who bring pets will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Check-out time is 10 am, and guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by this time. Late check-out may be approved for a $25 fee per extended hour. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am; any disturbance triggering a police visit will require immediate eviction.
