This townhouse boasts a prime location, just steps away from the pristine sandy shores via the beach access #1 boardwalk. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach, and the property is attached to the Okaloosa Island Beach Access #1 Boardwalk. The Santa Rosa Sound is also a minute or two away, connected to the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island is known for its less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 minutes from Destin. The neighborhood is conveniently located near a variety of dining options, entertainment venues, and shopping destinations. Due to being on an island with a tropical climate, you may encounter tropical insects, amphibians, and fish. The space is treated regularly for pests, but during storms, insects may invade spaces to get away from the rain. Snakes such as water moccasins are seen on occasion, especially near rocks. Swimming in the bay carries risks due to aquatic species. Check-in is at 4pm or after, and check-out is at 11am. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests are responsible for reporting any hazardous items within 2 hours of check-in. The property is not child-proofed. Guests agree to pay for any damage made by themselves or their visitors.
