This is a non-smoking unit, including the patio and balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from the property. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay. Any damage made by guests or their visitors to the property and property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture will be charged to the guest.
