The cute and functional kitchen is equipped with a small 2-burner electric magnetic stovetop (no oven), a microwave, and a refrigerator. All cookware and dishes are provided. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and aloe vera are provided for your convenience. The original terrazzo floors are a standout feature. Parking is available right outside your door. An EV charger is available in a designated parking space, with usage requiring payment. Parking is first-come, first-served. Early check-in or late check-out requests will result in additional fees. The property is strictly non-smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vapes, and any other smoking products, both inside the unit and near open windows or doors. A $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged if the unit smells like smoke. Guests swim at their own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty at the beach. Due to the tropical climate, tropical insects may be encountered. The property is treated regularly for pests, but encounters are sometimes unavoidable. Snakes such as water moccasins may be seen on occasion, especially near rocks. Swimming in the bay carries risks from aquatic species. This property is not child-proofed. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from the property.
