As this is a ground-floor unit, you may encounter tropical insects such as Palmetto Bugs and Mosquitos from time to time; keeping the door closed will help prevent them from entering. Check-out time is 10 am, and guests who are not checked out by this time will be charged a $50 fine. A $25 late check-out fee will be charged for each extended hour if approved by the host.
