The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and butcher block countertops, and is well-stocked with cookware and utensils. Relax in the living area on comfortable furnishings and enjoy entertainment on the 55-inch Smart TV. The cottage offers two outdoor living areas: a partially fenced front area and a fully fenced backyard perfect for dining or barbecuing. A private driveway is available for parking, accommodating up to 4 vehicles. Pets are welcome with prior written authorization from the host, a $100 pet fee will be applied once your pet(s) are approved for the reservation, and guests must pick up all waste and discard it in the outside trash bins. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 Pet Fee and immediately evicted from the Property without refund for the remaining days on reservation. The neighborhood also features charming shops, boutiques, and is a short drive from grocery stores and essential amenities. Okaloosa Island offers various entertainment options, including nearby attractions and natural parks. Check-in time is typically around 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $50 fine will be charged if guests are not checked out by the specified time. A $25 late check-out fee will be charged for each extended hour of stay if approved by the host. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. This property is strictly non-smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vapes, and any other smoking products, both inside the unit and near open windows or doors. A $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged if the unit smells like smoke. Linens and supplies provided will not be replenished during your stay. Guests are asked to avoid using linens for items that may cause stains or discoloration, such as makeup, hair dye, or tanning products. Stained or damaged linens beyond normal use will incur a replacement or cleaning fee. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Maximum occupants are noted in the booking unless approved in writing by the host/manager; exceeding occupancy will result in eviction without refund and a charge of $20 per person/per day for visitors not identified in the reservation. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/door hardware. Neighbors are to be respected, and noise should be kept to a minimum, especially in back or front yards. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. All items in the kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. If cleaning up after a party or damaged areas, actual damage and cleaning hours will be assessed.
