I was born in San Salvador, El Salvador, the smallest country in Central America. My grandparents on my paternal & maternal lines were born in Bethlehem, Palestine in the late 1890's and migrated to El Salvador looking for business opportunities and religious freedoms. My grandfather on my father's side then decided to migrate to New York City in the early 1920's, yes, the "roaring 20's". He was a bold businessman and was afraid of nothing, attitude that paid off when he had to take his business and family through and out of the great depression and survive. He, with the help of his oldest sons, established a textile factory and held offices at the Empire State Building, occupying a whole floor. I live in Miami, Florida since December of 1980, when my father made the decision to bring his family here as the political situation in El Salvador declined into an open conflict civil war situation. Miami has been my home for 42 years now and I know the South Florida area and the lifestyles it offers as much as the challenges also. Miami is a beautiful place to live in, it can be quiet or busy, offering all of the contrasts you may want to experience. Come and let me show you my Miami! I am a licensed Florida Realtor serving the South Florida community and facilitating the transitions in life that bring about the selling or buying of real estate. In that aspect, people experiencing a divorce situation need special attention. As a real estate professional serving the divorce community, I understand the situations and help my clients navigate the complicated real estate processes while also providing a strong support system for them to rely on while they move forward in life after their divorce. Divorce is just one of my specialties, I also specialize in probate cases and my favorite...helping senior who are retiring re organize their living arrangements as they are usually empty nesters now and need help downsizing. In other words, I specialize in the difficult situations of life that can make real estate more challenging. My aim is to create a lifelong relationship of support and friendship with every client and see them rise up from the difficulties of divorce.
