Just five minutes from all the action of Daytona, Holly Hill is a great place to unwind and enjoy Florida. You will want a car, motorcycle, Jeep, or bicycle, or come by boat. Make sure to take a drive on the beach and see what it's like to coast on the coast. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property. Evidence of smoking inside will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid, along with additional cleaning fee charges. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests shall adhere to the noise policy and interact kindly with neighbors. Guests understand that many units are in residential areas and will act with the utmost respect while at the premise or in the neighborhood. Guests will not do anything at the unit or in the neighborhood that would cause complaints from neighbors or authorities. Guests will abide by any parking restrictions.
