Enjoy the beaches, nightlife, festivals, and local activities, with an hour's drive to Orlando. Cross the bridge two blocks away to drive onto the beachside, where you can actually drive on the beach, tide permitting. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house or near the house with doors or windows open. Any indication of smoking inside or near the room where smoke smell can get in will result in eviction and a $500 charge for damage and smoke remediation. Pets must be disclosed and paid for prior to arrival. No parties, drugs, or underage drinking are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and guests are expected to interact kindly with neighbors.
