The building is beachfront with beach access currently next to the building, and the unit offers an ocean view. The apartment is equipped with essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags. Although the outdoor pool area and beach access were damaged by a hurricane, guests will be refunded all resort fees until repairs are completed. Indoor amenities remain open. This is a non-smoking apartment. Any smoke smell or evidence of smoking inside will result in a complete loss of the security deposit. Guests are required to follow check-out instructions, including stripping beds, turning off electronics, and ensuring the apartment is left in the condition it was found. A $50 fee applies for key replacement and a $100 fee for garage remote or parking pass replacement. The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to check-in, but if anything is missed, it will be promptly addressed. The management company is committed to providing a fun and enjoyable stay, but if you are looking for perfection, this may not be the place for you. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, away from doors and windows, to prevent smoke from entering the apartment.
