Parties and unauthorized guests are prohibited, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels or other behavior require a police callout, and a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the property will result in a pro-rated chargeback from your booking account. Check-out is at 10 AM, and a late check-out without authorization will incur a night-rate cost penalty. On checkout, please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you.
