Enjoy endless entertainment with a private heated pool and spa, a putting green, a ping pong table, an outdoor bar, and cornhole. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. Parking is located behind the house and can be accessed through the back alleyway, accommodating up to 5 vehicles. Situated just one block from the beach, this home offers easy access to the shore. Explore the many local restaurants and shops nearby for a true small-town beach experience. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Events are not allowed. Guests must leave at check-out time, and cleaners should not be sent away. Parking is limited to 5 vehicles, and parking in the front of the house is not permitted. No more than 12 occupants are allowed. Lost keys will incur a $150 fee and possible lock change fee. Children must be supervised around the pool and spa area, and no diving is allowed. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book, or accompanied by someone over 25. Be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level. No glass containers are allowed near the pool. Swimming is not permitted during thunderstorms or inclement weather, or alone or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The property is not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
