Utilities (gas and electric) are not included; water and sewage fees and trash collection is included in the rental fee. The apartment’s location offers ample well lighted street parking. An optional reserved "off-street" parking space on the patio area for one (1) vehicle per unit is available to building tenants only for a $ 50.00 per month fee; (ask for the current six (6) month FREE monthly parking “Move-In Special” offer). Bus transportation to the Adams Morgan and "U" Street section's Restaurants as well as all the Museums and points of cultural interests that downtown WDC has to offer is a few short steps from the front door via the S2 Bus (South). The apartment location also offers quick and convenient access to Takoma Park Metro Station/Junction including the New Metro-Rail "Silver Line" to Tyson’s Corner is available at the Bus Stop across the street from the front door via the S2 Bus (North). Capitol Hill and the Cannon House Office Building is also less than a 45 minute Bus Ride away; Just take the S4 Bus South at 16th and Whittier Street NW (a 0.2 mile walk); at NW I Street, Transfer to the Blue Metrorail line; get off at the Capitol South Metro Station; walk 0.1 miles to the Cannon House Office Building. Dogs less than 20 pounds at maturity permitted; sorry no cats. A pet agreement is required. The apartment is SHOWN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!!! No Application Fee is required. A copy of a current official employment, school, state "Real ID", or federal Photo ID is required to initiate the application process.
