PREFERENCE CRITERIA in considering applicants: excellent long-term history of employment, credit, residence stability, and positive references from previous landlords and employers. Will accept the applicant that best meets these criteria. International restaurants (Lebanese, Japanese, Indian, etc), grocery store, and fast food options (Chipotle) are walking distance just 2 blocks.
