A convenient washer/dryer is located inside the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for prepping, heating, and cooking meals. RENTING INFO & PROCESS -Rent $2,500/month. -We only rent for 90 days or more. -Setup for one person. -Our process includes an application with standard checks. -Lease agreement, which we provide, included all details of stay. -Security deposit is due at the time of confirmation. -If a pet is approved, a pet deposit will be due at the time of confirmation.
