Single-family house on an unusually quiet and peaceful street in New Haven's "Westville Flats" area, about five blocks north of Yale Bowl. New washing machine etc....Hardwood floors throughout; a typical 1920s single-family house, now very well maintained. You will rent one of four bedrooms as one of a total of four occupants (and sometimes only two occupants) of the house. In addition to rent ot $700/month, you will split all utility bills with occupants of the house. This amount varies, and is roughly estimated at between $200 and $300 per month.
