Cambridge Commons is a condominium community on the west side of Littleton, Colorado, just minutes from the downtown area and less than 30 minutes from downtown Denver. This conveniently located community is bounded by West Cross Avenue on the north and by Mossbrucker Park on the west. It extends to the south and east to include all of West Cross Drive, South Urban Street, and West Dorado Place, falling just short of West Gould Loop. Part of Jefferson County, Cambridge Commons is in the 80127 zip code area.
This community is entirely residential, consisting of at least 15 condominium buildings, each with multiple units. Residents enjoy access to an outdoor pool and spa, sand volleyball court, and clubhouse. Although the surrounding area is mostly residential, nearby State Highway 470 hosts several commercial offerings, including a Wal-Mart Supercenter. Several additional options for local shopping are located within a few miles east of this community, along West Bowles Avenue. These include the Westridge Square Shopping Center and Southwest Plaza retail center.
For outdoor recreation, residents of Cambridge Commons are easily within walking distance of Mossbrucker Park, which is situated immediately to the west. This community park offers playing fields, playground equipment, walking path, and open green space for other activities. Additional neighborhood parks not far from here include Belleview Acres Park, Country West Park, and Blue Heron Park, the latter of which hosts a small reservoir for fishing.
Golfers living in this community have at least three choices within a few miles of home, including Red Rocks Country Club to the west, The Meadows Golf Club to the south, and Raccoon Creek Golf Course to the east.
Schools within walking distance of Cambridge Commons include Mt. Carbon Elementary School, situated just a few minutes to the west. Dakota Ridge High School is also not far from home, located to the southwest.
