Therefore, guest have complete security and privacy. Lease duration: 3-12 months No smoking inside, but there is a large backyard with plenty of space to smoke away from the house Backyard is a shared space: owners may allow 2-3 small, friendly dogs in the backyard, within reasonable hours during the day (1000-1900 hrs). There is a chicken coop in the far backyard, and on occasion, the chickens do make minor sounds. No roosters.
