The bathroom has modern fixtures, a large tub, and a dual flush toilet. There is a stacking washer and dryer in the unit and cooling is by central AC. There is one reserved parking space. Enjoy the community swimming pool and easily accessible public transportation. Just few blocks north of Hwy 285 and on the east side of Federal Blvd means easy access to lots of shopping and dining opportunities. Bear Creek Park is 2 miles to the southwest and has numerous nature trails, playground, picnic areas, sports fields, and horseshoe pits. You will need to submit proof of income at the time of application submission. *640+ credit score is required. *Applicants will be considered with credit scores below 640 with an added reoccurring Marginal Credit Score Fee of 1/12th of monthly rent.
