-Roomates: You would have 3 other working professional roommates in the other three bedrooms that share the unit (male 30, female 31, male 32). I (male, 30) am one of the roommates and the homeowner - I'm an active person who enjoys the outdoors and travelling and am not around often but appreciate a drama free, chill, respectful living environment.
-Location: 10 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from boulder, and 30 minutes from airport. Residential, safe, quiet area right off of i25 making it close to most areas.
-Lease/Application Details: Available on for 6 months or 12-month lease but flexibility with potential month to month afterwards. No credit check required. Background check and proof of income required.If interested please provide brief background on self and desired length of stay. Security deposit half of one month’s rent; can be paid over multiple increments.
-Utilties & Fees: Utilities are additional $100 and there is also a $10 consumables fee for toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. which I provide. Renters insurance is also required which is typically $10 per month.
-Parking & Smoking: Smoke free house and property. Ocassional 420 outside okay so long as does not affect odor of house or roommates. No garage, street parking right in front of house, storage available in shed in backyard.
-House culture: Roommates generally keep to themselves but friendly in common spaces. Clean, organized and respectful, no partiers though this is fine of course outside of the house.
-Pets: $30 monthly pet fee. Willing to consider pets. Please give description of them and their training in interest.
