It's also 1/2 block from the light rail, 5-10 minutes from I-70 (to the mountains) or 36 (to Boulder) and 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. This pad has three levels with two bedrooms and one bath. There is a master bedroom and a guest room/office. There is a cute back patio/deck to hang out and have meals. The back area has access to the alley to load/unload gear or take out the trash. In the basement, there is a washer and dryer and storage area for gear, including a space to hang bikes. Sorry no pets and no smoking indoors. I'm looking for respectful, responsive and clean tenant(s) during this time. If this sounds like a fit, please fill out an application!
