Whether you're headed to Red Rocks, the mountains, or downtown for a night out, this bright and spacious guest suite is conveniently located (five minutes off of 6th Ave) to all and has everything you need to recharge and relax. Please note this is a private lower level suite, and we live in the separate main portion of the home. Past guests have loved that the space is not garden-level or in a basement, rather it is a fully ground-level suite with lots of wonderful natural light. The Space: Enter your space through your own private entrance and make yourself at home in our fresh, fully furnished unit. Your space is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite complete with a convenient kitchenette and large bath. The spacious main living area has enough room and flexibility to fit your needs. Kitchenette has all of the essentials: - mini-fridge - microwave - coffee maker - dishes & silverware - and much more Catch up on work, eat a quick meal, or play cards with a friend at the table fit for up to 3 people. You can cozy up with a blanket on the couch and catch up on your favorite shows or football team on the ROKU TV. If your friend needs to crash for the night, the pull out sleeper couch can fit 1-2 comfortably. The spa-like bathroom is the perfect place to refresh after a long day before crawling into the plush queen bed in the bedroom. Guest access You have your own private entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate from our main home, so feel free to come and go as you please. Parking: Parking is available in front of the guest suite or on the street. Other things to note: We do our best to keep noise at a minimum though, you may hear some noise from time to time. We have two dogs that run around outside who you may meet. They are friendly and fun and always open to a game of fetch if you are - both German Shepherds, one is six months old and the other is four years old. Please let us know if you have any questions about them. Unfortunately, we do not allow our guests to bring pets.
