This unit is the larger back portion of a Front and Back Duplex. Set back from the street with a private covered backyard, a storage shed, a garden, and a private car port. The unit will come partially furnished unless the tenant requests otherwise. The downstairs living room and one of the downstairs bedrooms can come furnished along with some art work and furniture around the rest of the house. General landscaping included (keep the property from getting overgrown but will not provide lawn care). Utilities, lawn care, and snow removal are not included. We will leave snow shovel, outdoor furniture, grill, weed wacker, and lawnmower. We love this house and we are looking for tenants who will treat this place as their own. Limit of 3 adults or less.
