The bathroom has modern fixtures, a large tub, and a dual flush toilet. There is a stacking washer and dryer in the unit and cooling is by central AC. There is one reserved parking space. Enjoy the community swimming pool and easily accessible public transportation. Just few blocks north of Hwy 285 and on the east side of Federal Blvd means easy access to lots of shopping and dining opportunities. Bear Creek Park is 2 miles to the southwest and has numerous nature trails, playground, picnic areas, sports fields, and horseshoe pits.
