Home is located close to beautiful Zuni Park and easy access to freeways (i70, i25, i76) and downtown lodo area is 5-7 minutes away (without traffic). Also very close to Regis University, Tennyson Street shopping, and the Highlands.
Tenant pays all utilities, gas & electric, cable/ internet. No Smoking. Small dogs are permitted with a $250 non-refundable deposit. Rent directly from the owner. Responsive landlords who don't live far from the home.
