Off street parking is available for $50-$100/month depending on the spot you prefer, also the option to street park. Across the street is City Park, City Park golf Course, and Denver Zoo. Just nearby is Chop Shop Casual Urban Eatery, Bastien’s Restaurant, Chick-fil-A, Fox Run Café, Sprouts Farmers Market and so much more! Utilities included in rent: water, sewage, trash, and gas. $35 for HIGH speed internet. Electric is billed separately. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check. We are PET FRIENDLY! There is a One-time refundable pet deposit of $300, and $35/month pet rent. Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR): 1) Applicant has the right to provide Rio Real Estate with a PTSR that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Rio Real Estate with a PTSR, Rio Real Estate is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Rio Real Estate to access or use the PTSR. If Applicant provides Rio Real Estate with a PTSR: a) The PTSR must be available to Rio Real Estate by a consumer reporting agency/third-party website that regularly engages in the business of providing consumer reports; 2) The PTSR must comply with all state and federal laws pertaining to use and disclosure of information contained in a consumer report by a consumer reporting agency; and c) Applicant certifies that there has not been a material change in the information in the PTSR, including the Applicant’s name, address, bankruptcy status, criminal history, or eviction history, since the PTSR was generated.
