The smart TV can be used as a second monitor, making it easy to work from home. Free street parking is available, with a 2-hour limit from 8am-6pm Monday through Friday, and unlimited parking on nights, weekends, and holidays. Adjacent blocks offer unlimited free parking. A 90-day parking pass is available for parking in the 2-hour zone directly in front of the building without restrictions. Garage parking is available for $150 per month and dedicated off-street uncovered parking for $100 per month. Our paid parking spots are first come, first serve. Located less than a block from City Park, this apartment offers easy access to Cheesman Park and the Botanic Gardens, just 5 minutes away. You're also 8 blocks from Sprouts Farmers Market and 8 minutes from the Cherry Creek Shopping District. Downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi are just 10 minutes away, while Red Rocks is a 30-minute drive and ski resorts are 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose, all within 5 minutes, and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO, 15 minutes away. The apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood next to the park. Our team is available during business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. We are dog-friendly with a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month, and any pets must be included in the reservation. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, with additional disturbances resulting in eviction without refund. All properties are non-smoking and non-vaping, with violation resulting in damage fees. Check-out time is 10 AM, with a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes past check-out time. Includes fast internet with 300mbps download and 10mbps upload speeds. The shared router may or may not be in-unit. The smart TV can be used as a second monitor, enhancing your work-from-home experience.
