Our recently renovated 700 sqft one bedroom apartment consists of a separate kitchen, dining area, full bathroom with shower and tub, a large walk-in closet, a spacious livingroom with ceiling fan. Quiet central hot water baseboard heaters warm the apartment in the winter and room air conditioners cool in the summer. Large operable windows with blinds provide ample natural light. All apartments in the building are enabled with free WiFi internet access. Enjoy free access to a spacious exercise room with a stationary bike, Hoist Multi Gym, and an elliptical trainer. Available within the apartment building is a shared laundry facility just for tenants. Also available is secured sports equipment storage for large items such as a bike.
